I’m just a girl trying to make it work. I’ve struggled with anxiety and panic disorder since I was a child, and an eating disorder since I was in my teens. I believe everyone is going through a struggle, and I want to be here to support anyone who needs it and share my journey. I created this blog as an outlet for my mind, a path on my journey to inner peace, and to hopefully inspire someone else to get the help they need.
I live in Austin, TX with my fiancé and our two dogs, which I’m completely obsessed with (I think I take ‘dog mom’ to a whole new level). I spend most of my days working downtown for a data analytics company, exploring all the awesome restaurants Austin has to offer, or finding new ways to enjoy life to the fullest.
I live a very hectic life, but it’s full of joy and I could not be more grateful. I try to take the time I need to treat my body and mind right, but I’m human and I make mistakes. This blog is to release those inner negative thoughts.
